The older and rarer an item is, the more highly sort-after it becomes- when its as nice as UE stuff is, it can still sell for a premium..

Yeah I just didn't think they were that rair. When I was running an e-maxx our local track had 3 trucks with the lightning chassis running every week.

Anyways I should get the stuff from my brother Wednesday night. So I will check it out and take some pictures. Will post them here for anyone interested.

For those that e-mailed about the truck. I have lowered the price.

has anyone seen the lightning chassis on there again. its the same guy who sold 2 others.

As I stated in an earlier post I have seen the sellers chassis in person. Looks like he never sold it and just keeps trying. If anyone is interested his name is Sam and I have his phone number.

It's so sad... the opening bid is now $599 :whip:... SUPERMAXX EMAXX LIGHTNING CHASSIS... is he really 'selling' the same one without the gearbox mount?

I coulda bought a full supermaxx the other day for $50 local...we arent too far from him, and alot of people ran his stuff because he raced at our local track. Robin was a tool, and everyone pretty much sold everything dirt cheap. I gave all my UE stuff away.

Best UE moment:
Robin is pissed off, yelling at people, throwing radios,etc.. and working on his truck on his own table. A crowd around him gathers, checking out the newest truck. A leg falls off the table and all his stuff falls on the ground...people started dying laughing, and he was furious.

runner up:
Robin is showing off with the new "indestructable" VBS....missed a jump, clips a pole...peels the VBS back like a tin can. Destroyed the truck, denied it happend, then when pictures came out, said it was done on purpose to test strength. Twas classic.

Id rather run dynamite...

FINALLY! I finally got a UE Lightning EXT Chassis! I traded some of my other UE parts for it, some of the ones I needed to built the truck, but they will be easier to find again than finding a friggin' Lightning...heh! Anyway, I got one, so look forward to a build soon...
