I like, I like alot. Having 8 mounting holes is nice - I only have 2 that are 25mm apart on the medusa, and 2 that are abit closer...
|
Yes, the multiple holes are very usefull for mounting.
It are 2-pole motors, just to know... They have lower wattage specs but they can deliver just as much power as the NEU's/Medusa's, maybe even more! The 4570 is equal to the lehner 2230 motor qua measures, so I am very looking toward the day i can test it:intello: Greetz, Joram |
Joram, how much money (USD) would it cost for a savox 4570?
|
132$ , they cost 100 euro's.
Here an overview of the RTR truck with 4570! http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/5761/img1165n.jpg http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/4839/img1166n.jpg http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/9254/img1167f.jpg http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/6979/img1168.jpg http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/8616/img1169.jpg Greetz, Joram |
Hi, what did you use for the wing mount? Want to put one on mine but cant figure out which to use. Read the whole post and didn't see anything.
Thanks |
The wing is from epoxyplate, friend of mine made it ...
Here VIDEO!!, nevermind the quality http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5jcYdIVeo8 Greetz, Joram |
Definately not short on power, but not ideal driving conditions either by the looks of it.. :mdr:
|
So, finally get rid of the slipperpads....
Made it with an VTX truggyspurgear atatched to the hub... http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/331/img1176.jpg http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/4247/img1178d.jpg http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/4936/img1179.jpg Greetz, Joram |
This also failed....:diablo::whip:
Anybody who has ideas for an center diff conversion, for the FLM kit??? Greetz, Joram |
Center-diff
I'm sitting here with a brand new Savage-X, an FLM kit, a center-diff and bulks from a Hyper7 and a selection of power options. I've been researching the same question myself, so far I haven't found a good configuration. I'm trying to get everything including a large 5s lipo inide the TVP's.
I'm hoping that the center diff option will work better than what I've seen of Savages so far. I've really found this thread to be a bit discouraging as I watch you replace virtually every part on the Savage. I already have a Muggy that's proven to be pretty tough with no drivetrain problems despite enough power to do a wing-stand at any speed. Quote:
