No I meant exactly as I said trev... “A turkey bar isnt cen worthy”.

brushlessboy16 10.09.2008 08:04 AM

psht, the thing is indestructable..

Motor mount will be tweaked when i get home today, a trim and lengthening the mounting slot

What Im saying ben is if you can get the cen to wheelie with the stock diff fluid and not a locked center diff then the turkey bar might be acceptable...

Should be fun- one of my best freinds (eovnu87435ds) just got an evader, so hopefully we can get to gether and bash :D

One thing about the truck- RYAN you never sent me preload spacer, truck almost bottoms out fully loaded:oops:

BL_RV0 10.09.2008 05:13 PM

Lol, so does my hyper ST.

Takedown 10.09.2008 06:02 PM

As a matter of fact I slapped the heavier springs on their so it wouldnt need the preloaded spacers. Their sitting right on my shelf in a little baggy.

thats not even funny.

Anyways-
Just did a shakedown run. Truck is solid but somethings need to be tweaked... like the center diff fluid... if i gun it the front wheels do indeed come up. but the tires look like pizza cutters.

Then i had a pinion work itself loose, luckily it stayed on the truck:oops:

-Motor only got to 130 degrees geared for 46mph... The fan on the MMM came on alot.(w00t its still alive)*mods- switch removal, teflon washer, custom foam inserts.

- I eventually got used to driving and had to use a light trigger finger.. the truck is very easy to correct in the air.. it does get a little torque roll-probably due to the giant spur gear.

Because of the diff unloading and me trying to keep this set of tires. i never did any speed runs, just a little bashing- the suspension is soo plush.. a little too plush on the rear.

Lost Parts- One kingpin screw

Loose parts- Pinion setscrew, right front wheel nut,

Things to fix- Antenna placement
