Nothing has been finalized yet so I don't want to jump the gun...more info to come when available. :)

BlackedOutREVO 03.22.2007 02:05 PM

awww man =(

lol.... when do u honestly think it will be ready?

Serum 03.22.2007 02:10 PM

Glad to hear CC got wise on the lower KV's on MT's! for a moment i was worried a 5000kv motor would be included.. :p

AAngel 03.22.2007 03:01 PM

Oh man, that would be the ticket. A 2000kv motor the size of an XL! I've been considering a Neu 1515, but didn't want to go as high as 2200kv and the next step down was way under 2000kv. This fits perfectly for me.

Now...WHEN?

jnev 03.22.2007 06:31 PM

Yep, "when" is the question. I am eagerly waiting for it to come out, to run in my buggy. :027:

Still, it's only a matter of "yes" or "no".........Will it have segmented rotors?

No estimated release date on them yet...when you're inventing something from scratch you NEVER know what's going to come up and have to deal with issues as you go along. :)

Thank you Joe, for telling us what did it.
BP, thats a wild trick, I have a 7XL and 9XL (both on MM's and 5S) and neither could do that. Most i could get was flat on top

gixxer 03.23.2007 12:49 AM

crayjr, just wondering does your mm give you any issue with the 5s when the battery is fully charged? reason I ask is mine cuts out when I give it throttle if the pack is fully charged. If I just hold the car in the air and give it full throttle for 20-30sec then everything seems to work fine. As if the 21volts is to much but if it drops a few 1/10th's everything is fine.

BP-Revo 03.23.2007 01:17 AM

My HV-Maxx 4400 (orignal HV system) got me rotated so that it would hit the front bumper (but not make it over). If my HV could get me nearly fully flipped...I figure any BL system can.

It also depends on the truck. I'd assume a G-Maxx would be ALOT harder to do than a stock E-Maxx chassis (which is what I was running).

I have not seen anything but according to my nomadio it shows 20.89 on a fresh pack
BP you must run a really stiff setup because my current combo's are stronger than my 4400 and they can't do it

gixxer 03.23.2007 02:49 PM

thats good news. mine works fine as soon as the voltage drops down a few tenths. I already ordered a 4s 5000mah pack so that should fix the problem but then my car will be slow. So I will either have to put the 7xl back in or just not peak the battery all the way.

I think i'll skip the MMM. I just lost 2 out of 5 mamba maxes to the 2.23 castle link ( one got smashed today) the other is going to be returned to castle and either fixed or repaired, but till the link is fixed i
ll skip the stress of wondering if the esc will be junk if i update it

lxmuff 03.26.2007 09:18 PM

What exactly are you talking about?

Nevermind. I read your other post.

crazyjr 03.26.2007 11:58 PM

The smashing of the esc was my fault, 2 esc's inoperable in three days was too much and i blew my stack (definately not the smartest thing i ever did)
