well we have something like that. its made by wattage. and what it goes in between the esc and battery and it tells u how many amps its drawing. its mainly used for planes so i never thought to use it on my car. maybe i well do it tomorrow and just see how many amps its drawing with the mamba max on there.

I think that one only measures up to 100A, but it should work.

yah i should not be putting out over 100A cause the esc i was using maxed out at 80 and the mm is 100A

but i shall try it tomorrow and let you know what i find out.

i just now noticed something weird with all the mtroniks esc that have burnt up. its the same burn pattern. and for like 2 of them i used no bec and for the last on i used a bec and it burnt up.

on all of them the big caps burn up.

what people forget is that although you might not be using the bec for the external devices chances are that its still being used for the internal logic on the brushless controller.

Personally apart from the programming I liked the mtroniks controllers a lot they handed my hacker master car b its ass when i got the software updated.

However when it comes to power handling and ease of programming the mamba max is da top dog also the new hobbywing controller looks like it the ticket as well being powerful and sensorless or sensored.
