Good observastion!
ehh if im wrong Mike should correct me when he gets on
but im pretty sure theres 4 plates on top and 2 skids =) |
Shadow is correct. The front and rear skids, along with 4 top plates make the conversion work with the xbraces and lower plate(along with a couple spacers, etc.).
AHAH do i get a cookie? lol
hey Mike does the convertion extend the REVO? or is the same lenght as the stock revo? |
About an inch longer.
did it change the handling on the revo?
Man i hope that gorilla makes enough of these chassis's from responses
It improved the handling quite a bit vs. the nitro revo. the extra length makes it much more stable through the rough stuff and it actually turns quite a bit better than the nitro revo.

Is there any plans on making an even longer version mike. Just curious.
Well, V2 prototype is about 1/16" longer, if this counts!
Well. You got to take what you can get. I was thinking bigger but that is okay. I have to get me a revo and check it out. Should talk to the one guy that has three. He has plenty to get read of.
any estimates on the time of release for the evo conversion?prices?so i can prep the money:)
Yeah I too would like to know a estimate release date if possible. Anyone have a idea? Anyone have more pics?!
No hard date yet but hopefully sometime this fall.
The price will probably be around $250 I'm starting to save up now  Those are the only pics I've seen other than the MM video. |
I would guess a month and change for the release. The V2 prototype went together very nice, only needing a minor tweak and a couple extra holes drilled to be "done". The price should be around $225 +/- for the conversion. I plan on getting some front/rear Revo assemblies to offer a complete package to those in the need.
