Anyone ever try the feigao 540c 9l in an E-maxx?
im am just about to buy a 9C .. cant wait to test it out ..
dude, tell me how it is, its got about 1000 more rpv than the 9l and its not anymore money i dont think. pm me when you get that thing running.
huh? never heard of 540c? is it a diff version? Whats better about it then teh regular feigao 9l
its a fiego but has heatsink can , bolted endbells , and yes 3300rpm/v or something .
Hey sly! Do you have a site for that motor? I like to take a look. Does it look like a hacker c 50? If it is like the hacker brand. The c 50 is rated for more wattage than the b 50. Not sure why. The kv rating is a little different to.
ima get that instead of teh reg 9ls now!! did they fix the problem with the end bells falling off? Do you guys think it'll require a clamp?
No it won't require a clamp if it has a screwed end bell.
How would you get the clamp on it if did? It has the heat sink on it. So there for it would not fit the clamp. Does any one have a fiegao site. I like to see these.
http://www.rcpics.net/img/67100 here is a 9xl on 12 cells. |
here ya go coolhand http://translate.google.com/translat...lr%3D%26sa%3DG
its in japanese so all you have to do is kit the little thing on the left column and says "ENG" |
he is another site that has that motor 540c motor
its actually cheaper than the regular 9L with more RPM's per volt too. |
hey mike! get this stuff in your inventory! This is a great idea, not only that, but you'll dont have to worry about the can falling off, though i think mike's heatsinks look much nicer!
That's a much higher kv than a 9l though isn't it? Too high for an e-maxx i would think.
EDIT; i forgot about the 12 cell limit. |
It is still higher than a 8l. It is like between a 9s and 9l.
yeh the rpm/v is inbetween 7L and 8L im running a 8L atm on 12 cells with a 12 pound truck . hope the NEW 9L has the extra rpm but torq of a old 9L .. that would be awesome
will see in a week or 2, when i get it . |
