thanks for the info, the setscrew seems to have a snug fit but i also toke the advice and a grinded the setscrew a little more to have more bite area and i found out it had very little to begin with (it was concave to the in inside) hope this helps. i`m gone work more on having a flatter area on the shaft ( seems to have a little slope in it).

as for the heat i think my throttle curve making the clutch shoes drag a little longer, than they should do so that creating more heat. i drove around with for a couple of minutes and after a stopped for another 2-3 mins the clutch bell was at 110f so i`m guessing that's too hot, i will replace the clutch shoes with new MIP ones ( hopefully better bite less drag) i`ll work on it some more and keep u guys posted i hope before i leave the country tomorrow (one week business trip)

110 degrees is not too hot, it's actually very cool. Brand new shoes will run hotter (at least in the beginning) than shoes that have already "seated" themselves.
