You don't really need a fan for the controller with the amount of cells you are going to run.

Eversince you're living on earth i don't think shipping is a big problem.

If you are planning to upgrade to the Strobe slipper, then the RRP pinion won't work, either. You may as well do it all at once(get a mod1 pinion and a Strobe).
I always recommend the chassis extension as well. It makes a nice difference in handling, though it does require a new, longer rear center drive shaft. You may end up needing some diff work as well(aluminum cups and cases at the minimum).
The single speeds are due back in stock any day, as are the motor mounts(I have a few folks waiting for the motor mounts actiually).
