The discount applies only to the next order placed once you reach the post milestone, regardless of the order size(potential to save a lot with a large order). It is a token of my appreciation for active participation on the forums.

Oh, I didn't knew this. You have some kind of bonus system?

(it's so hard to stay on topic, isn't it? :) )

RC-Monster Mike 06.26.2005 12:21 PM

You received the 5% discount on an order in the past, Dafni. You don't remember(even though you told me not to apply it, I did anyways-I am honest and appreciative of your business)?

Dafni 06.26.2005 12:34 PM

I did notice this indeed! I gotta keep a close look on my RC spendings, so I always do the maths. And you even remember me telling you can keep it .... says alot about how serious you take your customers. Means alot to me. Even more since I know how much mails you get.

Thanks. I know you're honest , Mike. That's why I'll support your lil' business wherever I can.

Will there be more of those nice "milestones"??

RC-Monster Mike 06.26.2005 12:40 PM

Indeed I take my customers seriously! Without customers, I am out of business. I try to apply the "Golden Rule" in all my dealings. I have made a few mistakes along the way, but I try my best to take care of the ones that pay my salary(customers), if you know what I mean!
There are a few "milestones" set up.

I guess we hijacked this thread, too!

Dafni 06.26.2005 12:51 PM

Mistakes can lead to progress. As a costumer I can tell you that you always made me content. And I can assure you that I would complain if it would not be that way. (a far better and more valuable aditude for costumers than just being angry and turn to another seller)
As a friend I would love to see your business grow and you coming up with some things that would leave a mark in the RC world. (yeah, and you earning bazillions of $$ and inviting me over for a holiday)

Yeah, hi-jacking (even your own) thread is easy.

Is there a writen-down mile-stone plan? So I can start with some serious junk posting :p j/k (I know about the edit button;) )

nbcaznmaster 06.26.2005 12:56 PM

Dafni 06.26.2005 01:00 PM

I can imagine you won't stay an un-paying customer for long :D

RC-Monster Mike 06.26.2005 01:05 PM

Yes, the information is free! I do need to charge for the parts, though! :)

IMHO, the free advice I've gotten from this forum - just lurking and searching various threads - has been invaluable so far. Don't know that I'd need to get 5% off if (ok, WHEN) I place any orders from Mike - might make me feel guilty. :027:
Ummm, don't hold me to that statement though, ok?

Thanks for a great forum!

Ok, this topic may now resume it's normal course...
