The RC8 is a very good vehicle with the conversion on it.
Right now, can't think of a vehicle that is just "Bad" from the known race kits. |
the rc8e has a nice conversion kit, i wish the 808 had a option for a electric conversion.

I was running 6s. But everyone else runs 4s at my track, these buggy chassis are alot tighter than mine.I have sets of 3s i run in series i am wondering if i can go with a single 3s to cut weight( this is a bad issue for me)I dont want to buy more packs if can help it.Then i will be lacking too much power so ,i dont know

On a budget I'd say the Hot Bodies D8 or the new OFNA Hyper 9e. You'll get both for under $400 (D8 + RCM motor mount + RCM tray is right about under 400 bucks and unltimatehobbies has the Hyper 9e for $390 I think.)
If money is less of an issue when getting your kit, XRAY XB808 will be your best bet for sure. In the long run it will even be "cheaper" since it will break less and wont need any option parts. Hope it helps. |

After driving my Turmoil Pro CORR truck at the track for the first time I'm hooked. I just needed a proper buggy for racing. I think an electric D8 will be brilliant. |
