Did they repeal the no handguns in Chicago yet? I went there on business and a fella struck up a conversation about varmit hunting and we got on the topic of FOIC and I didn't know what he was talking about. I told him here we just show a drivers Lic. and fill out a Fed questionare and you are done, if it's a rifle or shotgun you take it home right then, at the time we had a 5 day waiting period.
