When you say 10000A, is that amps? If so, where did you find a 12v power supply capable of that kind of current and what size wire did you use???? You'd need like 20 car batteries in parallel running hard to generate that. Please tell me that's a misprint or a misunderstanding on my part...

You need that power per minute per square meter, all three things are variable.. with 5A it would take 1000 minutes for a 1/2 square meter to be anodized. Get it...?
