I stopped by the LHS today, and they've sold 5 since friday. This is a small town, and the LHS hasn't sold much all summer, but they've gone through 9 of these little helis already. Good thing they'd sold em all, too, or I'd have one now...

whitrzac 09.23.2009 08:11 PM

how does the Msr compair to the MCX??? when I watched them fly the MCX at the LHS it went faster in reverse than forward... and even then it was slow as hell...

kraegar 09.23.2009 09:30 PM

The mcx is slow. This thing is a multitude of times faster. No comparison.

TexasSP 09.23.2009 10:07 PM

Coaxial heli's are slow by nature because the swash plat only moves one rotor so you basically have one rotor trying to push forward and the other trying to hold it back.

I really want this MSR now though!

I thought it would be nice for the new folks coming into this to have a nice central place to get some good suggestions and tips on running, flying and maintaining their mSRS. So I put together a little video to help them out and get started on the right foot. Feel free to comment and or suggest!
