Very nice! You should take some time and clean up some of those wires!

Sylvester 03.05.2006 08:36 AM

**Where did you get your batteries** Thanks.

E-maxx-kid 03.05.2006 08:38 AM

Alex from boomboom batts, pretty decent batteries I must say :)

Sylvester 03.05.2006 08:39 AM

E-maxx-kid 03.05.2006 08:40 AM

Yer, cant solder to save my life lol, is it ok to platt/braid the motor-esc wires?

HotnCold 03.05.2006 09:07 AM

What is this thing on the suspension arm?? :032:

Nice truck, but the wiring is indeed a bit of a mess. Sorry to say so, but with a bit of work it will look much cleaner!

E-maxx-kid 03.05.2006 09:37 AM

Yer just made it look more presentable, the thing on the suspension arm is the on/off switch easy to get to there.

Just took it out runs a dream, the rear wing is a great wheelie bar.

boss 302 03.05.2006 10:50 AM

if i was you i would move that switch.
Maybe put it on top of the reciever or something.

Sylvester 03.05.2006 12:27 PM

Yea the switch is one of the worst places, mount it somewhere where there is no moving parts!

Looks like a totally different truck now.

Man, I run the 7XL on 16 IB3800's also from Boom Boom. I love it, its crazy fast. I run 16/51 though.
And on the metal touhing the battery thing, it happened to me, I messed up a cell. I sent it back to ALex and he's fixing it now for a small fee. Should have it back soon though.

E-maxx-kid 03.10.2006 01:27 PM

Hi nitro starter, how you know if you have messed up a cell it get warm/cold when u charge/disharge it?

boss 302 03.10.2006 03:31 PM

E-Maxx-kid - i know that when i lost a cell my truck started to cog when i hit the throttle and the cell got really hot when i was running my truck.
