For every part i used, caustic soda did miracles within a 2-3 second dip..

That motor was a different story, i think it's hard anodized. That doesn't come of with caustic soda.

No problem though, when the easy-off works The oven cleaner we buy here in Holland is to friendly. It took me 1-2 hours of waiting and a serious hard pushing on the cloth to get it off..

The caustic soda did the same within a few seconds.

Be sure to use it outside.

The caustic soda works on;

HPI savage anodize
HB lighting anodize
3 racing blue
GPM anodize
proline powerstrokes

Don't let it hang in the mixture too long, it will end up black when you do..

i have a sandblaster and a powdercoat machine

With a sandbalster, the aluminum has to be treated again, to become nice and shiney, with this deanodizing you get the aluminum back, they way it was before the anodizing (mostly polished)

Powdercoating is NICE! too

I've had success on small parts with pure Acetone
