Looks like you can buy direct from pro-line as well.

Serum 05.20.2006 10:58 AM

Per piece papa.. they are obselete, check towers and all the other distributors.

Sylvester 05.20.2006 11:09 AM

They can get quite expensive! Id say get UE, they are just soo perddy:)

squeeforever 05.20.2006 12:25 PM

Well if you do deside to get the Proline, I have 4 by-pass shocks I don't need anymore. Just let me know.

coolhandcountry 05.20.2006 12:58 PM

Has any one tried to run the ue with the proline bypass. May be this combo would be the stuff. It would maybe out perform the two seperate. It is just a crazy idea in my head.

Sneeck 05.20.2006 01:31 PM

That is in fact a pretty good idea. It wouldn't win any beauty prizes, but it might work.

What do you want for them bypass shock's Squee?

giftacrylic 05.21.2006 12:24 AM

For those that have owned or played w/ both shocks, which do you prefer for racing?

giftacrylic 05.24.2006 07:11 PM

Ordered the Powerstrokes (the owners on this board that owned these swore by them). What springs and shock oils did you use?

squeeforever 05.24.2006 07:38 PM

Stock. It comes with 30 weight oil. I used that with the pistons that were already installed and it was close to perfect. I would just stick with the stock springs as long as your truck isn't really heavy.

giftacrylic 05.24.2006 10:24 PM

My truck is 12lbs RTR.

squeeforever 05.24.2006 10:39 PM

Might want to try a little heavier oil then. The 30wt is about right for roughly a 10lb. truck. Try 45 wt. to begin with.

Serum 05.25.2006 03:33 AM

Keep the oil the same, just try the stiff springs.

Sylvester 05.25.2006 07:49 AM

Yea, maybe 40wt with stiffer springs may be pretty promicing for you!

Serum 05.25.2006 10:00 AM

stick with the stock oil first. It has got this progressive dampening, remember?
