LOL! then you know how ncabz feels the entire year.. :p

coolhandcountry 12.23.2006 04:49 PM

Better late than never though.
67 buck for 4 cvds. That is cool.

Serum 12.23.2006 07:10 PM

Yeah, a pretty sharp price IMO..

Lets hope the engineers who made the revo worked on them.. I am curious what is packed in that rubber..

crazyjr 12.23.2006 10:14 PM

If like the Jato shafts , no grease, just a dustboot

hyperasus 12.25.2006 02:30 PM

Do you really think these will be able to take more abuse then the stock sliders?

jhautz 12.25.2006 02:50 PM

I'm assuming traxxas wouldnt bother unless it did.... But we wont know untill someone gets their hands on them and tests them

coolhandcountry 12.25.2006 02:57 PM

Sure looks good though. The stock sliders for 3.3 and revo are pretty good.

Serum 12.25.2006 05:25 PM

Yeah, i can only guess they are better. Time will tell..

coolhandcountry 12.25.2006 05:31 PM

I wonder if they can be so they work with 1/8 diffs.

Serum 12.25.2006 05:33 PM

No, you need the outdrives of the original 3.3 shafts and dremel the thread off. They you can use them for the 1/8th diffs.. :)

Serum, could you elaborate on this a little more?

Serum 12.25.2006 07:40 PM

If you are using the 1/8th diffs and you want to use the revo driveshafts, you don't need a drivecup, as used on most diffs, but you need a pin with a hole.

Luckely, the holes as positioned in the trx5454 stub axles can be used in the diffs to accept the plastic driveshafts. you only need to cut off the threaded part. Get it?

Dafni 12.25.2006 07:41 PM

I guess Rene meant stub axles.
