grrrrrrrr.... i just bought my dx3.0 a couple weeks ago. :mad:1
oh well. i'm quite happy with what i have. thrilled, actually. that new design looks great though - and the larger display is a great upgrade. |
Still love my Sensor. Though I'm sure this is big improvement over the previous JR Tweak radio.
|
Looks good to me...the big screen looks very nice. The price needs to go down tho IMO; the React is a fair bit cheaper (you can get the kit for $230 at RC Compound:eek: ), and still way outclasses it in terms of features.
I love the look of it though. I wonder what's behind this "DSM2" system.:032: |

+3. I actually like the grip and feel of the dx3.0 over the original dx3.
I dont need 30 model memory anyway, plus, i prefer radios that use a throttle trigger ;) |
LOL, a trigger is nice to have. Maybe the new one works off brain waves, which explain the "faster system". :)
I still have my DX3 which I use for the Revo and Jato. The DX3.0 I use with the Hyper 8 and CRT.5 because it has exponential throttle and steering (VERY cool features). This way, I can have two radios running at once, which would be good if I could even get the wife to try it. |
WTF????? there is no trigger, i just noteced that lmao!!! wierd
|
do you guys think there really is a trigger it is just behine the wheel.
|
I'm sure there IS, it must either be hidden by the wheel or a graphic oops.
|
Maybe that's just an empty prototype case...so the trigger ain't there yet.:032:
|
it it like senses how hard ur pullin lol
|
Great...Now that just made my choice alot harder on what radio to get...What do you guys think?
1. React 2. Sensor 3. DX3R 4. Helios |
For what my opinion's worth Squee, I say get the React. I've had mine for a few weeks now and it is *excellent*! It's lightweight and extremely comfortable, the feature list is just huge (and constantly getting bigger with the software updates), and you get the signal security that only FHDSS can offer. It's lightning-fast, and the telemetry is an absolute lifesaver sometimes. For example, when you're driving an experimental BL setup and you're not aware that the motor is overheating, if you have a temp sensor fitted (it'll support up to four) then it'll warn you and save your bacon.
I really can't say enough good things about it. There are some very minor niggles, but nothing that takes away from it. If you're interested, then I've written an in-depth review of it here: http://www.rckingdom.co.uk/mam/index...d=214&Itemid=1. Or course you can't go wrong with the Sensor either, but the React offers more future upgradeability (the Sensor's memory is already full), and has features that the Sensor doesn't at a lower price. Anyway, that's my 2 pence.:027: |
Yea, I have really wanted the React for a while now, but I like the big screen that the Sensor has. In all honesty, the React is probably gonna be what I'm gonna go with. I do really like the DX3R though...I would probably get it if it had telemetry and could be updated via computer...

I find myself wanting. Wonder if it has temperature or voltage monitors. Sure will be nice if it does.
