I'm sorry for not pointing out, I'm using TrueRc 50mm wide 8000mAh lipo. Also it looks like it would hit the transmission output shaft.

Where exactly does the controller go? I think you should make a brace that holds it on top of the transmission.

Doesn't this conversion makes a huge imbalance in weight? An electric motor weights as much as a nitro engine, excluding the batteries.

And is there enough room between the gearbox and the motormount to clear the mechanical brakes?

It does look a little heavy in the rear end though, but I'm sure the controller and misc. items in the front should level it out a bit. Great job.:yes:

I just hope Mike doesn't cancel his plans to bring out his center diff design. The FLM conversion doesn't look like it will work with the longer Neu motors.

I wouldnt have thought you'd need a motor that enormous (bigger than XL or 1515) to move the thing, it cant be that heavy surely?

The 1521 works better for bashers than the 1515. I like large tires, Moabs, Big Joes ect. on my trucks and that puts a strain on any motor. The 1521 gives wheelie popping power while keeping things very cool. LOL-I had a set of 8 1/2 inch Jumbo Kongs on and was doing 40 foot long wheelies. I also like to throw on a set of sand paddle tires and go hill climbing. The 1515 I had was at its torque limit and my 1950 Lehner was beyond its limit. Feigao? HaHaHa poor Feigao de-magnetized.
