Is this a Revo A-Arm?

david lamontagn 12.30.2007 09:51 AM

Can you tell me what have you using to attach the stock e-maxx driving shaft to the new diff output (on the wheel side, not center drive shaft)??
The only parts i can see to fit is tihs:

I thnk that i'll try to put this diff in my revo bulk, maybe i'll save lot of $$$ and don't have to buy the V" hybrid!

Yup thats the one! BTW ive all ready tried fitting the diff in the revo, doesnt really fit at all... If I find a way ill post how I did it.

OK i know what to do. A friends of me is ready to trade his E-Maxx against my revo. I'll do it right now i think.:intello:

Forget to ask you Its Me, what's the diameter of the Muggy pinion gear shaft, because i've this part here at home http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...mrevov2coupler

squeeforever 12.30.2007 06:26 PM

Why on earth would you want to trade a Revo for an E-Maxx?

suicideneil 12.30.2007 06:31 PM

If it was the new Emaxx, or a seriously upgraded one, I could understand that. But the Revo is so solid and flexible (nice oxymoron there) you cant beat it... so long as you're happy though I guess.

david lamontagn 12.30.2007 07:44 PM

My friend have an Gorilla single speed tranny, aluminium frame, Power Stroke shock. The only thing will be the add of the muggy diffs.

Why??? you'll keep the revo if you are me?

Well, the diffs are the weak link in the traxxas vehicles, all of them.

Is your revo stock? You can always buy another revo, not like there is any shortage of rollers for sale. I am going to try the lst diff upgrade on my t maxx build, we will see if they can hold up to a 20xl on 10s lipo! I also have an aftershock that I am converting, I am upgrading the diff cups in that to the nova 7075 units and using the losi TiN coated diff gears. Plus I have a spare pair of HB hardened diff internals, hope that they fit!

david lamontagn 12.30.2007 08:57 PM

Hey James, you're the only guys here who not send me christmas gift, i always wait for pair of Hybrid diffs for my revo:whistle::lol:
