That's fantastic! Any chance you could do me a huge favor and actually measure it out? the length and width of the tray. That would be fantastic if that would be possible :)

47mm (w) x 140mm (l) x 20mm (h)

I opened one end which made the length 155mm, the other end still closed.

Please use countersunk screws! these heads will kill your lipo packs!

Yeah, I have to countersink the holes. I left the lipo strapped in there over night and the lipo now has two tiny indents in it.:oh: I thought I ruined my lipo but it's OK. Hopefully I'll get to finish my Muggy this weekend.

Nice find! Exactly what I'm needing for my sandrail project!

Curious though what straps you are using? Do the straps wrap underneath the battery tray? Going to put a 2S 4800 pack in this tray, by the dimensions you gave it looks to be a perfect fit! Thanks
