I got the 36 120 on order. It says that you can run with lipo. Can I program it in the controller like the mgm for lipos or do I need a warning buzzer or something?

Well, BK says that the Warrior controllers can be used with Lipo, but that doesn't mean that they have the cutoff (which they don't). So, if the Micro controllers are like that, then they won't have the cutoff.

No, they don't have got a cut off, it can be ran with lipo's, you need some kind of an alarm to warn you for the low voltage.

It should handle 11s safely. That would be 40.7v nominal, and 46.6v fully charged. 36 NiMh cells would be 43.2v nominal and ~48v after being charged (depending on how soon they are used after being charged).
