I think the original rotor (the non sintered one) was 14mm and the sintered one is 12.2 mm so you should be able to wrap it with at least .9mm of kevlar.

That's plenty of space. It should be interested to see a lower turn Novak HV motor.

What are you going to run it on, and what turn have you decided on (if you have decided)?
