Welcome aboard.

We can see that you just joined in here at RCM, and there is much to be learned among the knowledge of support here. Welcome and have a good time reading and posting on the various threads, and I am sure that you will receive some much needed technical info. Please note the dates on the threads that you post up on. This one has not been posted on since July/2008, and in fact TDC57 left the site about a year ago due to a divorce. He has not been seen in here since, so I doubt that you will receive an answer to your question from him. Good luck with that.

Pretty sure he used a rc monster battery tray.

I called Shaun a while back and left him a message, did not get a return though...

Thanks for trying James. It would be nice to hear from him and know that things are working out one way or another. Shaun is missed around here. He was one of the most enthusiastic R/C'rs that I have seen anywhere. Plus he was not afraid to take a chance.

I actually have both of shaun's buggies that are pictured on this page, the 808 and xb8, he had used Rc-Monster trays, the mounting method was questionable lol, we all miss shaun's detailed late nite builds with drink recomendations along the way.

Laughs

Yea he always gave us a few laughs as he worked his way into the late night hours trying to get one of his projects not only completed but well documented with his tutorials, photos, and videos as he drank his way into the night and sometimes into the wee hours of the morning. Shaun is a hoot. I hope that he reaches some level of recovery with his personal life soon and comes back to entertain us some more. I feel like we have lost a good friend here at RCM.
