Yeah sparks are normally bad, but these sparks mean hi powa goodness is about to be unleashed that will rock your world. And don't forget 'chicks dig sparks' :mdr:
Ahh, bed time. |

It also drives fear into the hearts of any nearby nitro-heads :diablo: |
I wish I had known about the spark before I plugged in my (6S) batts the first time.
....scared the ever-living $*** out of me. The 4S set-up doesn't seem to spark:neutral: Sparks only make you look cool if you dont jump like a little girl when it happends. |

or 20s for that matter.

:surprised: Yeah, that would be some spark! It would probably incinerate the connector! With 84V you would need one of those 100V Ultra-HV controllers!
|

I accidentally used the wrong connector and put 10s into my MM and Castle BEC - It did give a rather large spark!!!
Unsprisingly the controller did nothing - I thought thats odd so tried it again! Equally large spark! DOH! I then realised the mistake and plugged the correct leads in! Everything still worked - thank you Castle for building controllers for idiots like me! |
