Thanks for the link.
Now it shows some delrin stops,I dont have any stops in my kit  Do have a couple of these aluminum mounts left over. |
check the stuff in the red and blue boxes - the o-rings dont fit any of the outdrives, so not sure what they are other than all of the o-rings are for the battery hold-down?

 dan i would hope you figured out where the drive shaft goes
The big o rings are for the battery hold down, small for the outdrives. You are correct on the stock shock mountings. the shims and 2 spacers i am not sure because i never used the LST shocks. In the blue, the washer is a spare, The other 2 mounts are used to hold the skid plate on. (you may have got extras it you already used all the holes.) |
Ok now that we got his extras figured out lol, what about these delrin pieces for the battery stops? I got nothing in delrin do I need to contact FLM?
|
ah yes if you dont have them you are suppose to. But in all honestly mine broke on the first jump and i made my own tray like mechanism to hold the battery. I think you should jsut fab your own that will hold up better.
|
I didnt get the delrin stops either man...
I'm thinking of using those 2 spare mounts i have left over - one on the TVP and one on the chassis 'deck' - and will screw a square piece of acrylic to them both =) thanks for the help future! -lol- |
you know i am thinking those are not spares then. They may have done away with the delrin mounts and put these in place which would be much better IMO. Wont break off then. I would use them as the stops if i were in your position.
