Gee, I was thinking posting pics of my dad with 8lbs of pork between his chicken legs was kinda pushing the it.
At least I'm not posting pics of his wheels(feet) Ekkk.
Sorry, but feet are kinda gross whoevers they are, even paris's whore feet.
Sorry you were hurt in the foot and it was RC related. Hope you heal well and quickley.

Face down butt up it's all good. If she holding a check book it's all the better.

rawfuls 07.12.2009 03:36 PM

That pic cracked me up for a good 5minutes, then spent another 5 minutes puking.

E-Revonut 07.12.2009 03:36 PM

There is no part of Paris that's attractive except the bottom line of her financial statement!

PBO 07.12.2009 09:49 PM

Anyone shot a lipo before?

rawfuls 07.12.2009 09:49 PM

Thinking about shooting my 2S 800mAh pack for my heli (it's a bit puffed) with a BB gun, hence THINKING..

That 1 lipo took hits from .223, .40 S&W, and some 2 3/4" #8 (12 ga.). It smoked a lot and smelled but nothing spectacular.

Wild YFZ 450 07.12.2009 09:57 PM

Good thing it was a Maxcraps

_paralyzed_ 07.12.2009 09:58 PM

^perfect for a maxcramps pack.

thanks for this thread guys. I was feeling down and this made me lol out loud

Unsullied_Spy 07.12.2009 09:59 PM

Yeah, that's why it got shot  It had a cell go bad so I shot it. I also had (past-tense) a Hacker motor...it was a POS too so I shot it as well:

http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r...y/DSCN1863.jpg
http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r...y/DSCN1864.jpg

It was a glancing hit, I don't feel comfortable using that thing at close range. Ricochet is scary enough when it's handgun rounds coming back at you.

PBO 07.12.2009 10:03 PM

^^^ Love your work...shooting fixes most things that don't work

Surprising how boring lipos are when shot, they do smell don't they!!

Try cheap RC boats...much more fun, make sure someone's driving it & use a 12g, laugh a minute!!

Edit; park flyers are good too!

Unsullied_Spy 07.12.2009 10:05 PM

Thanks

Yeah, it smoked quite a bit but no fire. I may shoot another one to verify my results  It smelled quite a bit, kinda an odd smell.

I've got a SuperVee 27 that's been a total POS, but I've decided to stick with it and fix it up rather than riddle it with holes. Too bad, too, I just bought a new shotgun and need something to test it on...

PBO 07.12.2009 10:09 PM

SV27 whoa that's a big call for trial by shotgun, I used the $30 POS from fleabay, they come with their own 7.2v batts, they take many, many hits before they go down

Unsullied_Spy 07.12.2009 10:12 PM

Hmm, I should try one of those out. I've got a few crApple computers laying around that I planned on giving the ultimate durability test  3.5" 000 Buckshot will disassemble anything. I know 2 good Subaru mechanics, I want to try to get a hold of a burned up 2.5 to see if I own anything that can actually penetrate an engine block :yipi:

PBO 07.12.2009 10:17 PM

Video everything, especially the engine block test

Got a friend with a 50cal, he thinks that'll do a block from 1000yrds...I'm still waiting for the invitation to that...video grafted to hand!

Unsullied_Spy 07.12.2009 10:19 PM

Will do

It will. A buddy of mine has a Browning M2 (the big .50 caliber machine gun you usually find mounted to a tank, Bradley fighting vehicle, Buffalo, etc.) and it will blow through anything. Let loose with that thing on full auto and it will erode the dirt piles at the gun range into a pitiful pile of dirt in seconds, it's absolutely insane.

PBO 07.12.2009 10:21 PM

Right, time for a reminder email to said friend!

Unsullied_Spy 07.12.2009 10:24 PM

It wouldn't be as interesting, IMO. My brother has told me stories of what they've done with the .50s in Iraq and a cast aluminum jap block won't be any trouble at all. Maybe to finish it off, but I'd like to try some other stuff first.

PBO 07.12.2009 10:32 PM

Other stuff being...? .223?

Unsullied_Spy 07.12.2009 10:36 PM

Everything I can throw at it, as well as different bullets in each caliber (got some wicked 220 grain Hornady 30-06 that I'd like to test). Probably end up being .22 LR (just for kicks), .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO (yes there is a difference between 5.56 and .223), 6.5mm Swedish, .270, .280, 7mm Magnum, 7.62x39 (AK-47/SKS), 30-06, 8mm Swedish, .357 Magnum, .38 Special, 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, .45 Long Colt, and some shotgun slugs. My new shotgun is chambered to accept up to 3.5" shells, which are quite powerful!

PBO 07.12.2009 10:39 PM

Good grief!

I won't be walking on your lawn!!

Unsullied_Spy 07.12.2009 10:43 PM

Lmao! Keep your dog off, too, I'm tired of mowing dog shit

That's an impressive list! I have a Savage rifle - .223, Remington 870 12ga, Ruger 10-22, Winchester .22 pump, and a Glock 27 .40 S&W

Thanks. Not all of them are mine--the 7 mag, 8mm, and .45 ACP will be someone else's. I'd love to have a .45 auto, but the next gun I will be buying will probably be a Glock 23 because I've already got PDRs in .40 S&W (my XDm is a bit tough to conceal, I'm 6'3" and 210+ and can barely conceal it).

E-Revonut 07.12.2009 10:54 PM

How do you like the Springfield XD? I was split between that and a Glock when I got my carry permit. The glock fit my hand comfortably, never got to hold an XD, so I went with the Glock. My next gun purchases will be a .22LR pistol, either a Ruger MarkII or III, and a 9mm because both are cheaper to shoot than the .40S&W.

Unsullied_Spy 07.12.2009 10:59 PM

I prefer the XDm to the XD, primarily because of the better grips on the slide. The increased magazine capacity is nice but makes it really wide. Glocks are good guns all-around and the smaller models are much easier to conceal, the XD is just too big. 9mm doesn't cost much less than .40 from what I've seen, and 9mm has no stopping power for personal defense use so I opted for the .40. I'd really like to re-chamber to .45 ACP but I'd rather get a new handgun that fits in the small of my back easier (going to the theater with that thing is a pain in the ass, literally).
