Could you drill the plug out to fit the size plug you have?

Sylvester 01.25.2007 07:33 PM

Leroy i doubt that would be a good idea since the plugs arent that thick, besides i still think the 5.5mm plugs are larger diameter so it would be useless.

Possibly, but that seems like alot of hassle for a plug. I jsut got some new ones. Anyway, Id be afraid that I didnt get the finish or fit right and it would be not as good as it should be. Id be risking an expensive ESC for a $2 Plug. The new plug will be here soon enough.

Besides, its not like Im gonna drive it this week anyway. Way to cold out.

Hummm…. Still out of stock do you have an idea when they will be in?

Is the 1940/9 capable of pushing the same setup (with changes to gearing etc…)as well as a 1940/6
Will it still run as good in a boat (with prop changes etc....)?

I talked to mike earlier this week and he said that there was an order placed with Lehner for quite a while now and he is just waiting for it to come in. He is expecting it sometime in the next couple weeks. But right now its really in the vendors hands.

Im waiting fr them to come in too. :018:

Yes I know how it feels I work in a hobby shop and some times the orders don’t even turn up, humm I’ll just have to wait. Would it be possible to purchase it now so I don’t miss out and get it A.S.A.P.:032:

Sylvester 02.05.2007 09:26 AM

Well i doubt they will go that fast, Mike gets pretty large shipments of these motors.

captain harlock 02.05.2007 09:42 AM

Usually, the motors would take between two to four to even six weeks befor they become available. Your only solution here is to wait.

Hayden 03.01.2007 05:08 AM

Just waiting:018: be cool :005: what can I do to secure one? Can he put one aside? Maybe not but I don’t want to miss out lol:019:

Hayden 04.21.2007 01:24 AM

I haven’t received an email yet but I’m still waiting on a 1940:025:
I have to get my car ready for a hobby expo otherwise if it’s going to be a long time unfortunately I’ll have to get it elsewhere hummm but I really want to support mike and his awesome website:027:
