Take your pick.

Honestly, you need to step away from the computer, and think.

Why? Because you're rushing through this way too fast.
A normal person would plan for about a month, then get the money to do it.
I have a feeling this is going to be a opening to RC for you, and a truck going 60mph, at that mass, could probably break your leg if you ram it into you, or even make a dent into a car.

Seriously now, you will need to search, and search, and search for awhile, until you find what you like, that will work.

i didi researching for months i just wanted to get you guys a opinion on what speeds would i get.im curious will these fit the savage xl http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXPCZ5&P=7 before i buy them

I dont know what you researched, but it wasnt the right info...

Those are esavage shocks, about as crap as they get really.

You need to read alot more threads about similar conversions- RC-Monster is full of great info & members, but speed should not be your priority, especially if you plan on using nimhs and cheap upgrade parts. I would go back to page one and start from there, then we'll talk to you in a few weeks time- if your questions arent answered by the threads you find, then Im sure more people will answer any sensible questions you have after that.

really, if you don't want to implode your wallet, try out the turnigy packs on hobbycity.com.
they are really cheap and are loads better than maxamps. they are actually equal to or better than many of the well-known name brands. the only packs i can think of that are better are any enerland based packs and the hyperion packs.
