Thanks wildman...I appreciate the info. I had FLM send me some suspension braces....but I am still in the air on whether I am going to go with UE, GMaxx, or Flextek...

BlackedOutREVO 04.21.2007 01:00 AM

any probs with bendin on a revo? besides bro? or any mods to fix that?

GorillaMaxx360 04.21.2007 10:00 AM

if i where you i would go with the Gmaxx arms first, UE second, and Flextek third. I would only get the gmaxx if you think they wont bend there have been previous problems about bending but i don't know if the new proven races suspension will bend too. I like the look of the gmaxx new ones way better and i think they will hold up because they seem to make them stronger in the needed areas plus the people who bent them hit a tree doing about 40+. if you think they won't hold go with UE i can guarantee you that you will be more than satisfied with the UE arms. I believe that nobody here has even broken an arm i think they are indestructible. stronger then the Ti arms IMO. but if you think the gmaxx will hold and you are going for looks go with the gmaxx. but if looks are important but not the main priority go for UE the arms are the strongest in the business.

yeh, but i want revo arms, and no one makes al arms, oor atleast any big coumpanys... thats why i would think of flx tec... but idk

The revo arms are good to go, I know 2 local FAST drivers with flexteks and they've never seemed to have a problem.

Personally, I think that Hardcore Racing makes some of the best aluminum Revo arms, but there not really necessary. I think RPM arms in the front, with Tekno arms in the rear, makes for the best combo possible when it comes to racing. I have the HCR arms and they were VERY light weight. The other aluminum arms I had weighed x2-3 what they do. The HCR arms are about as close to stock weight as possible and are strong as hell. If I remember correctly, the had some VERY nice Ti/Al arms that were even nicer, but quite pricey. Kfactory also makes some VERY nice arms for the Revo. I wouldn't go with the Flextek arms though...
