Yea thats just the way life is sometimes. Even when some people grow older they still have not grown up yet. Not that there is anything wrong with that??? Personally I am glad that we can still have fun in here as long as no one gets hurt. Some of us know each other well enough to realize just how far we can go without causing a problem. If you cannot handle the heat then stay out of the kitchen/Forum.

I never reveived the tranny. I pm'ed him my address and phone number. The last I heard from him, he was using it and was planning on sending it. It should have gotten to me by now. I have people checking my mailbox. I will not be able to check my computer for responses from pedeboi.

I beleive he is using my hospitilization and inability to physically check my mailbox as a way to weasle out of making the tranny situation right.

I also pm'ed him my parents address today.

He will probably claim he sent it and that it got lost in the mail. Again, I have people checking my mailbox.

His last pm to me was on feb. 18th, he said he was using it to get use to driving without reverse.

I will not be able to follow this up as I will be without a computer. Pedeboi is starting as many threads as he can and doing as many little things as he can so we "gloss over" and forget about about the tranny situation.

Pedeboi- if you post a tracking slip to my address in this thread that is dated before March 1st, you will prove me wrong. If the tranny shows up at my apartment, or my parents house, which you have addresses to both, you will prove me wrong.

RCM- It is my belief that pedeboi364 weasled JERRY2K0NE out of an expensive tranny for profit. He then promised the transmission to me to "make things right". I never received the transmission, and pedeboi "got in our faces" to make himself look good and to change the subject. I have not forgotten, and everytime I see pedeboi's avatar it pisses me off a little more. He was dishonest in the beginning of this, and he continues to lie to me for his profit. I wouldn't be angry if he made it right, as he said he would, but he is cotinuing to be dishonest "straight to our faces" so to speak. I'm out....

I am sorry to see that this has turned out the way it has. All I was trying to do is help someone out, and making a generous gesture for his birthday. I do hope that he makes good on this situation. Pedeboi I hope you realize that this is not going to just go away. If you sent the tranny to Harold, then it will end, but if not you have some explaining to do. Everyone on RCM is watching this situation. So what you have done is wrong. Get off your butt and fix this once and for all. This matter should have been resolved by now.

alrighty cheif, here it is:

I was using the tranny to work out some problems I'd been having with my 2.5 tranny (to see if i was having clutch problems or tranny problems and what they were) and maybe i did not tell you that. In that case, I appologize for the unexplained wait. It has not been sent out yet due to the amount of crappy weather here in Mass, but i just finished testing today and have everything right. Considering we'll be snowed in tomarrow, I gaurentee (sp?) I will send the tranny out by 4:00 PM, Tuesday. I will ship it to the addy you gave me and send you and whoever else wants it the tracking number. Sorry for delaying this, as I know it makes me look worse and I'm feeling it. As of tuesday night however, i think we will all be able to feel better.

EDIT. I just want to add that i have make absolutely zero profit or have seen even an offer or inquiry about this tranny. The tranny was never intended to be for sale in the first place, but now I see what i have do to make everything good in the world of RCM. And, I will

Getting something like this resolved quickly is one of the only ways to save face in a situation. I do not want to talk bad about anyone, but you need to "man up" with this.

Cause if you don't there are a bunch of standup dudes on this forum, and they will not forget about this...

I want to see the tracking number posted on this thread. Even better would be a picture of the tracking receipt with your name by it.

I am really getting confused... I was following this thread for sometime...

Let me get this straight in my head...

1. First I get the impression that this was not Jerrys transmission.. it was suppossed to be someone elses already mounted on a truck....:neutral:

2. The picture was requested on the RC Tech forum to prove this 02-11-2009 at 07.04am by Arct1K

3. pedeboi364 replies 02-12-2009 02:48pm - case sold - out of my hands therefore no picture....

4. But it appears the case was not sold and it is been used.

5. Is this Jerrys FLM or as stated some other tranny?

Me too. Seems like if this was an honest mistake it would have cleared up long before now.

I feel ya'll. Time...some people do other things with their lives that have priorties over others. Not looking to insult anyone on these forums by any means (that would be my last thing to think of doing) but I've had other things going on that distracted me.
