TBH I'm suss if ANY of them are real. I think theyre mostly painted on. People get extreme tattoos that a lot of people might think are a bit stupid, but I'm still not convinced anyone would get their navel permanently defaced like that. Maybe get the navel removed, but not tattooed as a cats ass or the like. I've seen a real one of the lady version of it (a la first link) - but much more toned down than that. Meh...anyway, to each their own.
