I'd like to see a smaller size of MMM. I know the MM Pro is there, but not as up to the task in a hefty truck as a 1/8 exclusive esc. Saving space is important to me atleast. Especially when most 1/8 manufacturers are opting nowadays for narrower chassis which will make fitting a big esc and brick- like lipo packs a real pain.

This would be awesome. Make an Android app too to do it wirelessly.

Data logging is cool for a while, but once I have things working I stop worrying about it. If said Android app could D/L and display the data, then that would be tremendous. Can't be bothered to plug into my pc to do it. (Honestly rarely ever turn on PC w/ a decent phone anyway.) Don't think I'd want to pay much to do this honestly.

Otherwise I'm w/ captain harlock. Smaller form factor. This would be my #1. Can be a bit chunky, and hard to fit at times.
Waterproof and even better reliability would also be tops.

The feature I'd like to see in castle esc's is built in telemetry showing voltage, amp draws, temps, rpm's etc on the display of your transmitter.

Another mfr already has this, so it should be doable.

Offer \ question
Why not be used in future controllers from Castle
BEC, based on Buck-Boost DC / DC Converter something in the nature of this http://cds.linear.com/docs/Datasheet/3789f.pdf
Something similar is in the regulators LRP sxx 1 / 10
Moreover, such a change in the line has matured more and more people complaining about the internal BEC.
With servo-type savox 1258 are often reluctant to work steadily due to the voltage to 4.5v drawdown
I felt the full drawdown on the SCT 3800 when the battery from the irrepressible power of the system at currents up to 100A squander battery 6v
I think something this thing would solve some problems http://cds.linear.com/docs/Datasheet/3112f.pdf

all a new monster needs is solder posts, sensor port, and change the case so the fan is on the outside where its easily removable/replaceable.

Why not a "Build to Order" program? Sure it would be a more expensive ESC, but you get what you really want.

I would prefer no solder posts but am game for the other two. I prefer female bullets on the controller. It's much easier to deal with when moving things around are pulling the ESC out of a vehicle than having to desolder things.

I have to purchase one soon for my 8x8 scale project so I am curious to see what if any new changes are coming. I plan on having the MMM pretty self contained so that I can pull it out without disturbing other components. I will use a servo extender to connect to the ESC and such so I just pop a few connections and pull the unit out.

i hate plugs i direct wire all my motors, the less connections the better off you are.
