I just got my "REAL" present of the year, I won my workmans comp claim today with very littlel effort. Went with my Rep to mediation, after 2hrs of haggleing the Ins co. settled for $12.500.00 . After the blood sucker(my attorney) gets his peice I'll still have $10,400. This is what I've ben waiting for, Now I can hire someone to do the work for me on my house. And I'm hiring a AMERICAN. I have a buddy who owns a handyman business and work has ben slow so I couldn't think of a better person to hire.
