You did a great job with you battery tray...you should sell those. I ended up using the Tekno RC Revo battery tray on my CRT.5 EXT Chassis. I got lucky because the bolt pattern matched up perfectly. |
that looks extrememly clean sssp very nice work.
gotta love mikes chassis. |
hey sssp what tires are those?
|
Anyone have a pic with the extended chassis crt.5 next to a 1/10 truck like a T4 or Rustler?

So here are a few pics of my Extended Chassis CRT.5 next to my 1/8 CRT Pro. I have also attached a pic of the Ext CRT.5 next to the body I am planning on using...its a 1/10 scale JConcepts Nitro Rustler body (approx 15.75" long). If you are looking to put a body on the EXT CRT.5, try to find one that is about 14.75" to 15" long...this was the best I could do. I would appreciate any info on 15" long bodies if anyone here knows of any.... |
Ssspconcepts,
I was thinking of getting one of those Tekno battery boxes for my CRT.5 (RCM ext chassis), but it looks like it sticks out a lot over the edge of the chassis? Does this cause any problems with the body? Does anyone know if the RCM battery box is narrower than the Tekno? |
Go, No it doesnt, the bodies are wide enough to clear the batt tray

Your car must FLY! You are running 5000kv right? I just tested mine with the 4500kv neu and 3S...it is-as you said-a fast little sucker! |
