This is as bad as a Maxamp - Zippy discussion.
I have both Castle and Hobbywing systems both run great. Both accomplish their tasks flawlessly. I have had one MMM fail and zero of my Hobbywings fail. If I could afford to purchase more Castle products I might, but the HobbyWings are more in my price range. My MMM is a version 3, I believe castle is near the 6th or 7th version of updates now right? I don't think I will upgrade anytime soon since I have a Mac, so I believe I am stuck on v3 software. Fine by me since it seems to be holding strong. Warranty wise, I h2o proofed my MMM so I am sure that may be gone, so I really don't have any, but I can only blame myself for that one. Just wait a bit until these systems are more broadly used, much like everyone went through the whole argument of Zippy packs being worth it or not, then you will have more a of unbiased decision. Some say you get what you pay for, well in this case I would say you get a lot. |
