Did you both agree to insure? Do you have the tracking no - what does the tracking say?

Remember all deals etc are via PM - so any issues really should be via PM...

That said I do hope it arrives and everyone is happy...

Just chill ben.... You think I planned on it being so late? And you should have let me know how you shipped the WH. I would have more than glad to have shipped it the same way. I thought we were both just trying to get it to each other no time span needed...

I think he's just saying "be patient". He can't do anything about it at this stage.
