Guys, is it possible to fit the 5t aluminum chassis braces in the 6t, even with some mods?

Has anyone mounted a Tekno battery Tray onto the stock MBX6T Chassis?

mihael 02.17.2010 03:10 PM

hi there

i did it before i get the rc monster tray

the tekno fits extremely bad on the chassis.

you have to do too much things that it fits. its the wrongest way to go.

I got a qn.

Having the mount mount, servo, motor, transponder on 1 side. It weighs abt 550g.
My lipos excluding the battery tray weighs abt 660g already. Would it matter abt the weight balance?

hi there

now i change from the 4s set up.

i go to 5s and try the tekin 1550 truggy motor and the medusa v2 3670 1600 on my mugen.

i think the NEU 1412 1500 is a intersting engine for 5s

i would let you know next week if the change was good

Using the RC Monster battery tray, does any one know if it fills the flywheel hole (simalar to the associated conversion for the RC8). Is it required to drill any new holes in the chassis or does it bolt right up?

thanks

alport 06.14.2011 07:37 AM

You don't need to drill something , bolt right in..

Thanks.
Do you know if it comes with a small plate to cover the clutch bell slot in the chassis?

RC-Monster Mike 06.14.2011 11:07 AM

The battery/RESC tray covers the flywheel slot in the chassis.
