I hope your forum tools let you to monitor incoming new members to see if it tries to come back under a new name. Things like that may have a habit of trying to come back.

I think one of the last straws was when the troll sent me a PM with threatning overtones, I forwaded it to BrianG and Mike and I guess the ax fell. He's no longer registered as a member.
