World's fastest speed record 2006
 

The world fastest machine of this year is a custom designed 2wd onroad car with what it seems like a Plett motor and the CC HV110 controller powered by 2x 4s Evo20 lipos. It made a speed run of 160mph!!! The next machine is an electrified Nitro TC3 which done 134mph or somthing like that. Both machines were driven by Nic Case.

I heared it was a lehner in it. Not sure though.

The basics of the set-up are:

Neu 1509 2y Motor


EVO 20 3300 8s1p Lipo

Castle Creations HV-85

Geared, 2:1 with 2.6 purple foam BSR tires

The guys at neu told me the other day that it was their motor... I think we have nailed that pretty good. 100+mph sure looks like fun....

Custom designed onroad car.
