CAD programs?
well my whole family wants some kind of cad, we can pend money on it, and was looking at a new frys electronics today and saw good deals and all that and we didnt buy anything because we dont know which to get.... what can i use for all rc stuff? under a 100 bucks probably, i want to do all the cool stuff, idk if rendering will be in there or not, but something 3d, idk any recomendations? whole family wants it, 5 ppl, so we dont need a cheap learing kinda thing or sumthing if there is because one of us will keep on doing it lol
sorry for the babling, im done now:018: |
Your best bet is a freeware site. For under 100 bucks, I don't think there are any that are really worth it imo.
|
there has to be!
whats the best, cheapest program? |
student edition of SolidWorks?
|
is it good tho? i wouldnt know what to really look for, sounds good, and looks like what i want to do, but idk, i want to like screw with it and make rc chassis and that kinda stuff, renderings, gears etc... but if thats cant be had for under a 100 bucks then idk

Solidworks is an awesome program to use. I can't recommend doing this, but I downloaded my copy of Solidworks, since there's no way I could spend as much money on it as it costs.

mm u got pm =)
|
The only thing under 100 bucks would be Alibre Design - they have a free version that is very feature rich.
|
It's been said before; student version of SW..
|
but is it worth it? i know under 100 bucks, but we dont want it if it isnt worth it..
|
I wouldn't advise it if it wasn't worth it.
Perhaps you know another source to get SW. |
