Officially it's a Mamba Monster.

I voted for MMM. Technically, it IS the Mamba Monster, but the acronym would be MM and would be confused with the Mamba Max. So, to keep things simple, I think MMM would work the best despite not being totally correct.

Officially Mamba Monster, but that makes it hard for abbreviation as it is the same as the Mamba Max.


We have been calling it the MMM forever and two days, I will continue to do so since I am far to lazy to type out Mamba Monster every time I reference the device so my vote went to :I dont care & I will call it whatever I want!

I agree with briang and dickyt. It is technically mamba monster but the MMM is easier to type and if it was just MM it would be confused with the mamba max. So MMM it is for me.

MMM for ease of reference in acronym form. I certainly don't feel like typing out Mamba Monster every time I want to reference it.

I'm disappointed by it's official name (silly as that is), I had hoped they would stick with Mamba Monster Max...oh well. I'll forever refer to it as the "MMM" because "MMo" just doesn't have the same ring. "MM" is reserved for the Mamba Max.

An acronym is the first letter of each word in this case. The mamba max would be MM and the mamba monster would be MM so they would be the same and would be confused with each other. When the mamba monster was first being tested it was said to be called Mamba Monster Max hence the MMM. Every one has stuck to the MMM for ease of understanding and it is a lot easier to type MMM than mamba monster.

Yea, what BrianG said. Officially Patrick and Joe both said it ended up the Mamba Monster. I don't think they got the fact that it was gong to be confusing to have 2 MM's. So it is either MM & MMM, or MM-1 & MM-2. For typing it up on the PC, which is what most of us is concerned aobut anyway MMM is much easier to deal with. I believe that is what they should have stuck with in the first place. They tricked us...:diablo:

Simple, It's both! If you type out the the full name it is Mamba Monster. For short it should be MMM. It is so easy just to hit the "M" one more time. The newbies will figure it out. We don't want to make it to easy for them, otherwise they won't appreciate it.

I was partial to MMM while waiting for it, but after recieving it and typing about it' I prefere calling it something with Monster in it. If its established that the esc is being spoken of, you can just call it "the Monster" which makes it sound cool i.e. "Yeah I plugged 6s into the Monster yesterday". :lol: this could be because i drink 4 monsters a day, it gives me a monster buzz. The failure of my MMM was a monstrosity

And if you were a bragging type of guy, you could add that after driking 4 monsters, you had to drain the monster. :smile:
