I've been busy with hunting and guns lately and finally read a little bit over at thre Traxxas forums and there's a revolt going on. lets call this the AntiTraxxas thread and cll it good. Thanks for the little push Tempted. I'm sure after voicing a few things back at TraxxasForum I'll be banned for sure. They hate the truth.

Yeah I whine too much :cry: I left because of a combination of things. One was the ban of great members, Neil not included :na: The mods abuse of their "power" finally got to me. They were preventing helpful members from getting their knowledge across. It would be one thing if they were running a daycare but it isn't good business to run your RC company as one. I found a happy home here though! I just hope the guys here are friendlier than SuicideNeil. He kicks puppies and doesn't pay taxes.

Hey fellas! Yes, I too am a transplant from the recently destroyed TRX Forums. I am not really a noob, but a noob to this forum. I have cruised through here many of times reading and learing, but never joined until this exodus occured. I am looking forward to being part of this group, and picking up all the great information that I can. It is cool to see how many names are here from the TRX site, and thankfully they are all the good folks that I have enjoyed over there. Well, just though I would say a quick "hey", and that I look forward to being on the Monster!

yea, im seeing more and more guys from the trx forums lately. me included. i said this over in the trx forums, and thought id share it with you guys.
as you guys know, my screen name is blueb8llz. i had the same name over at trx forum, and one day outta the blue, the mod changed my screen name over to bluebill. LOL.
same password, everything the same but my name is now bluebill. they're calling me some kind of duck now...

Funnier still was that malibu -epic fail- 69 said I never helped him much. Sorry, but I cant teach common sense to 22/23 yearolds who just want to show off to 12/13 yearolds. The thing you seem to have overlooked young man is that RCM is a big forum, specializing in BL conversions; traxxas vehicles and issues make up a rather small amount of the forum, as people tend to be concentrating on far more complicated builds and electrical issues, with top end equipement and custom made parts. Questions about fiddling around witn entry level traxxas rtrs are best kept to this forum- its dedicated to traxxas prodicts after all. People at RCM tend to frown upon the over-zealous moderation that occurs around here (seen lots of threads locked that ask for help with castle and novak products lately), and the random way some people are punished for their behaviour if they dare to speak ill of traxxas, where as persistant spammers who do nothing but talk nonsense are allowed to carry on clogging up the forum with their inane and pointless threads and questions. No wonder Neil went mad and got the boot for insulting those kinda people, when all he did was try to help, and he helped alot more than many people said he did- you included I seem to recall (thread was deleted in the erevo section). Cant help people who only want to try and impress their much younger peers with thread after thread of minor alterations or new stickers/ shells.

I think every new member should only be allowed one thread for their vehicle, and any issues that arrize can be dealt with in their own thread, that way cutting down on the amount of rubbish the mods have to clean up.

I can't belive the dude wastes his time on the traxxas forum, He is a funny guy and I guess that he just could not help himself.

He uses the same terminology and is also from the UK(spelling gave it away). He also has the same views and opinions. Not to mention the join date ;)

if it is the dude from the lst forums, he is a different guy to Neil...

That is just how the British talk and act. Brit's tend to be very dry and straight forward, guess that's why I like them so much!
