I got a bit fed up of keeping tabs of the different pitch for all the gears, spurs, pinions etc...

Can we all make a definite list of the pitch for the common trucks - I am going to kick off by listing some from memory.... can you all add your info

Yes it is but it does not cover unusual setups like 1:5 scale FG/MCD/Carson. It would be helpful to have a table or a list of pinion / spur/ clutch pitches rather than use a drop down list. I was looking at the past threads and every few weeks somebody posts a question about the pitch of the gears in their setup. I want to to able to make a list and also have a reference so that new builders could have a FAQ type thread.

Any ideas what pitch the 5b is on the pinion and spur?

Baja 5b gear pitch is Mod 1.5 similar to FG

I know this is an old thread but if anyone knows the pitch of the AE Mini MGT 3.0 spur gear please tell me.

Does this include the Mini MGT?

By the way, I added a spear gear data table to the calc (under data tables). It probably doesn't have all the vehicles in this thread right now, but it's better than nothing...

Is that what you used in your electric coversion? (You did do a conversion to one right?)

The MMGT IS Mod 1... I just went and dug out my extra parts from the conversion and checked.

I have a DuraTrax Vendetta S.C, it uses mod .6 gearing I want to use my Novak Mongoose Brushless system in it. Motor has a 1/8" 3mm shaft, stock motor uses 2.3mm shaft so I need a new pinion gear. Can I use a Metric 48 pitch gear? (Mod .5292)
