That looks really nice, wish I could have mine turn out half as nice and amazing electronics setup! How are those Flightpower packs working out?
|
Very nice!
Great looking buggy. Did you make the chassis yourself? |
Thats a very nice looking buggy.
|
yes the chassis is made of my friends, the evo 20 is the most powerful lipo that i have test...

that's a HORRIBLE use of friends lamo! i'm sorry, really i am, but when i read that i nearly fell off my chair laughing very nice buggy though :D |
omg, that looks perfect... Though it looks like the batts would fly off the buggy.. Put some gorilla straps on!
|
Sunday I try it, we hope well, I hope does not detach some piece... as weight we are on the 4,2 kg, second you is much heavy one?
|
Incredible! You must make a video of it's first run.
|
what motor do you have in there
very nice buggy might i add and it will certinatly fly with those lipos |
I have a lehner 1940/8 whit 6s lipo, unfortunately I am having problems with a lipo cut-off...
|
I wanna know if it will outperform a ws7 mp777 or such similar engined buggy.
|
tomorrow I will know to say to you :)

looks real nice virruss. Keep up the fine building.
|
how do you mount the batts in? I didn't see any straps...
|
he has velcro on it i think. If you look carefully.
|
cool according to you 1940/8 turn well to 14.8 volts, or are too much slow?
|
It really looks nice Viruss!!
It will be wicked fast on that 6S!!! (Dafni is currently building a setup like that too, only with a 1950) |
Oh my god boys,I have as soon as tried the car....
|
it is a missile, I did not believe went strongly therefore, but creed of being gearing too much along the esc it becomes hot while the motor is on the 60°
|
NEED VIDEOS!!!!
I don't doubt that it's fast, weird that the esc is getting hot. |
Soon I will make a beautiful video boys, now I mount 13 teeth pinion, (now was 16)hoping that the esc it is cooled off
on purpose the esc it is warrior 9920 |
Here Viruss. use this for the gearing, you will figure it out, how it works. it is set for 43/13 diffs, as used in a buggy.
|
it is set in miles? How I make knowing which speed and that just one?
|
I do not know which it is mine ratio. please help me Serum the buggy is Mp777 sp2
|
speed is in km/h
the ratio of the diffs is 43/13 right? that is allready there. so all you need to do is fill in the KV of the motor, setups voltage and the used pinion and spur. and the diameter of the tires (in mm's) |
ok perfect thanks, fact this as I make knowing if the just relationship is? As an example my result is of 97 KMH is too much?
|
yeah, that is rather fast.
1940/8 on 6S right? with a 51/12? |
And what is the outer diameter of the tires?
|
The motor is 1940/8 6S lipo, tire is 114mm pinio 16 spur 44, for this motor 6S is correct o too much?
Thanks |

Serum is right. I have a Mugen MBX5 here, and I tested many setups on it.
I feel lipos make it almost "too light", so I compensated with a big motor :027: But the Revo is correct, too. I'm still waiting on shafts to complete it, though. Rene, you can use 36cm for buggy wheel circumfence, btw. |
Dafni, for you what is the speed correct for a buggy in KMH?(Gearing pinion spur)
And the 1940/8 whit 6S is OK? |
On 6S, you should be able to gear for 40mph without problems. For constant running, I gear my buggy for 35-40mph (app.60kmh, maybe) But for speed runs, I think I squeezed way more out of it :017:
On the buggy I like "slower" motors and more voltage. 6S is plenty!! 5S works fine for me, too. (correct motor assumed!) Already 14Ni cells are enough for a 1/8 bug. How many rpm/V has the 1940/8?? |
1960rpm volt but I do not know if the lehner they are load or unload
|
1960kv
