iHobby, anyone going?

Anyone going to iHobby? I will be there Saturday and Sunday driving for BigSquidRC in their track.

I'd like to go, but would like to car pool with someone. Driving that much kinda sucks.

I was thinking the same thing!:yes: I went about 5 years ago and no one was selling anything, I'm taking my checkbook so I hope it's different this time.

If your into airsoft, last year there was a deal on the spot. A lot of the bigger companies will probably do sales. There are also 3-4 hobby shops there that will probably have some sweet sales.

Proline should have stickies. Castle definitely will. I am still using mine from last year. Bigsquid will. Futaba might. I dont know if Spektrum will be here this year. I think they are just in the huge Horizon booth.

I cant wait. Friday will be a loooong day.

there was alot of cool stuff there, but also alot of cheap overpriced chinese lipos and brushless systems. 2s hardcase lipos where selling like hotcakes.

I wish this was closer to me, I would have love to go!

it was alot of fun, lots of people there. no sighting of the 1717 at Castles booth but they said it should be out sometime next year, the sooner the better.

Compared to last year, this year was pretty lame. Pretty fun though. A lot of people backed out last minute.

What is that? If its an underbody cover, I'm thinking Rivermaxx needs one for his high speed g-maxx project!

Proline sell them for the underside of the Slash, and maybe the Slayer- no good for Rivermaxx as he needs a flat under tray- a sheet of lexan would be ideal though, screwed in place to prevent it flapping about :lol:

I think this has possibility's, as long as the conversion is not to expensive . Also the slash with the bug body looks pretty cool as well .
