Order tracking
 
Hello ,

I purchased some goods last week and have only gotten a status order shipped, but as I live in Denmark ( Little country way up north) I was wondering why I have not received a tracking number.

The goods are being sent by EMS.

Hope somebody can assure me that I will receive the goods soon:027:

I hope that Mike has had the chance to send my goods. A mail or a tracking number would be nice.

He ussually send the tracking number with the confirmation email it was being sent to you.

Thats the problem, I' ve only gotten the status" order shipped "and have not received any tracking number or confirmation by mail.

Can you tell me what it was, that you've ordered? Was it something from FLM perhaps?

You really need to know that Mike is a great guy, and i know his number one goal is to keep his customers happy..

Yeah it is a chassis from FLM for my stampede with extended length arms.

Thanks for your reply, I know that with his products there must be plenty to do. It' s a good thing that I can purchase from the States as prices in RC hop ups in Denmark are wild.

Just the price of an E-maxx is crazy - Price in DKK 4100,00 equivalent to USD 750,00 not to mention that all brushless systems cost a fortune.:035:

That sucks, we have got about the same here..

Listen, since it's an FLM (that why i asked) the products are directly shipped from FLM to you, that's why Mike can't hand you the tracking number.

You see? no worries though, i got 4 of 5 products from FLM, all directly from FLM, it all went smooth.

When i order stuff i dont get a confirmation email or tracking number. i live in New Zealand and dont worry cause i always get my stuff within 5 days of it shipped, and its signed delivery. This is the place i trust most to buy stuff from. I used to order all my stuff from towerhobbies but havent ordered from there in AGES lol.

Placed my order last Wed. night (3/27). I did get an email that the money was accepted the next day, but nothing about it being shipped as of today. How long does it usually take to ship?

I placed an order on March 10th and got immediate notification (on this site) of payment acceptance.The order was for FLM parts. Got no emails warning of backorder issues. Ten days later, the order status page posted that my order had shipped. Seven days later (today), still no package. Meanwhile, FLM parts ordered from a competitor arrived 2 business days after placing them (also ordered on the 10th). I even had to exchange an FLM item which took a speedy 4 days. I've sent 2 emails requesting info, both of which bounced back to me after 48 hours or so. Is this typical? Who can tell me where my order is and why it's taken 17days thus far?

LOL. Yeah, I don't know what is going on with the site emails, but I will get you some info on your order ASAP. I got your email, but outlook is being cranky and it won't send emails at the moment! I will get it straightened out tonight and make you whole for sure. Your experience is certainly not typical (though it does happen on occasion when FLM is out of stock on something). I will take it up with them tomorrow. I actually remember the order, because when I initially ordered it, I forgot to include your address/name (this is likely part of the problem). I did catch it after a day or so, though and fixed it through FLM. I searched the info I have here and didn't locate a tracking #, but tomorrow will yield the needed info for sure. I do apologize for the delay, though. As I said, it isn't typical to wait this long. I try to get the orders out within a couple days at most(not counting weekends of course).

Maybe you could look up my order too. It was placed last Thursday and Paypal was sent and completed. I've sent a few e-mails that have gone un-answered which is unusual for you. I hope everything is ok.

I seem to be having email issues, so if I have not replied to an email, I likely did not get it. Please use rcmonstermike@gmail.com for now. I am tracking these orders and will call or email the info to each of you. Please understand that most or all of these orders have FLM products, which are often drop shipped. The delay is typically due to a backup at FLM(they are a small shop and do their best to keep up). I accept the responsibility and will do whatever I must to make things right, but I did want to defend myself a bit(not that I am under attack by any means, as I know you folks just want your parts). :)

I am quite sure these orders are all cleared up and I thank you all for your patience. Dane: I am still working on the missing digit in your tracking #, but rest assured the stuff is on the way. Everyone should be playing with their parts soon. :)

Occasionally, the FLM orders get backlogged a little bit, but simply getting me involved via email allows me to follow up and get things moving quicker if needed. These orders are often shipped direct from FLM, though I am moving towards increasing my inventory levels on these parts to minimize or eliminate these delays in the future. If FLM doesn't have it, though, it is tough for me to get it in stock.
Typically, the drop ship program works quite well, but as volume increases, keeping up becomes trickier(for FLM-only so many machines). No worries, though. I know FLM is getting another machine as we speak, which will certainly make an impact and improve production. I know them(FLM) quite well and know they are working hard to overcome any current issues.
