I did a mbx-5 conversion and now it sits as a road car conversion.
yours looks great

InsaneRC 07.03.2010 07:20 PM

Thanks for awesome input.

I think i will be getting the parts Tues. (due to the 4th of July Holiday)

I am still thinking of a Custom ESC mount since i didn't buy the Battery Tray with the ESC mount. Was thinking about using a Piece of Sheet Metal (but the cutters i have leave Jagged edges, and Don't cut str8) Plus i think it would rust after a while. So i was thinking of a piece of good plastic. I haven't really found a place for everything. Was think Motor and ESC on one side and The Battery Tray Behind the Servo. But there is the question of mounting the receiver (prbby on the center diff like i see alot of set-ups do)

InsaneRC 07.08.2010 05:56 PM

parts will be here tomorrow!

That is a sweet looking buggy. Looks very solid. Oh and the servo mount is awesome, may have to see if Mike has something similar for my E-Raze.
