Toss a Slipperential in that thing. Looking good!
|
I did a mbx-5 conversion and now it sits as a road car conversion.
yours looks great |
Thanks for awesome input.
I think i will be getting the parts Tues. (due to the 4th of July Holiday) I am still thinking of a Custom ESC mount since i didn't buy the Battery Tray with the ESC mount. Was thinking about using a Piece of Sheet Metal (but the cutters i have leave Jagged edges, and Don't cut str8) Plus i think it would rust after a while. So i was thinking of a piece of good plastic. I haven't really found a place for everything. Was think Motor and ESC on one side and The Battery Tray Behind the Servo. But there is the question of mounting the receiver (prbby on the center diff like i see alot of set-ups do) |
parts will be here tomorrow!

Well Everything is mounted they way I want it.
Runs real good. So good I lost a grub screw on the pinion. :gasp: Seems i need to stop at the hobby store or hardware store to get some locktite. Here is the pictures of the set-up http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/e...d/SANY1205.jpg http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/e...d/SANY1206.jpg On a side note the switch didn't work so i removed it and hot wired it. :great: (yes no dirt here just dust  ) |
Glad to see you got it going and enjoying it!
Nothing but dust in Maryland also:no: |
That is a sweet looking buggy. Looks very solid. Oh and the servo mount is awesome, may have to see if Mike has something similar for my E-Raze.
