My Brushless FLM build
So i started today putting together my emaxx. my buildlog wont be as fast as some others on the site but i'll have fun along the way doing it.
Parts list(purchased) Fastlane A-Arms (in transit) Fastlane Shock Towers Fastlane Skid Plates Fastlane 3905 Extended Chassis Fastlane Hybrid diffs UE Supershocks (4) Tekin rx8/T8 2050kv ESC/Motor Combo (in Transit) Proline Road Rage tires Undecided items (unpurchased) knuckles CVD's toe links So i figured i would start a thread anyhow as i go through this thing. bare with me as all pics are with my phone. This is one of the 2 Emaxx's i plan on building as i have another for my daughter with similar pieces. Thanks BlazerSS UE-maxx and Moondoggie for all the help on decisions as for directions of parts. nice, my wife just showed me that my carbon wraps came in....no more colored servos and no more black wing, i'll wrap those with carbon

already purchased Tekno revo knuckles with 17mm hub carriers

thanks for the great comments. im looking at running the 7075 traxxas toe end links as well. im a little lost on what i wanna do with servos still though.

If you wanna use traxxas cvd's with tekno carriers you will also wanna use an outside bearing of 6x16x5 and different 17mm carriers then the ones that comes with the Tekno kit. The pin and everything on the ones provided will require you to drill it out and all kinda crap.
kinda sucks i could have cheaped out and not bought the hubs since i had the Monster Pirate ones from Ofna laying around. thanks. i need to get some set screws for my other 2 hubs. seems over the years Ive lost them so I'll have to order some from somewhere here soon.

i have all the electronics already. im just waiting to put anythign on until i get my shocks tie rods and steering linkage taken care of. i think ima just use the traxxas servos til i break them then i'll buy 2 savox 200ish oz servos

I finally bought some UE supershocks off ebay, traxxas black toe links and a Ofna black high downforce wing for it. Might buy my body this weekend so that i can get creative.
